 Avonlee Labradoodles Policy
At Avonlee our breeding dogs are genetic tested, our dogs share our home with us, in a family environment, they are loving and devoted, so that we can offer you happy, healthy, loving companions.
We reserve the right to hold back puppies from litters for future breeding.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy/dog to any individual.
We request each prospective purchaser to fill out an adoption application, this helps us , help you pick out the right puppy for your family and lifestyle. We also ask you to keep in touch so that we know all our doodles are well and happy. If for any reason you cannot keep your Avonlee Labradoodle we ask you to agree to return him/her to us. We want all of our dogs to go to forever homes, but sometimes life deals us situations over which we have no control.
The deposit fee is non-refundable, The deposit is subtracted from the purchase price of the puppy/dog . All dogs will be paid for in full before leaving our home, all pet dogs are de-sexed before leaving our home.
Transportation to the airport, shipping crates and air freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, including the return expenses, if a dog is returned.
Avonlee is to be notified if a family cannot keep their dog, we will take it back. If the dog can be re-homed , any money collected will be given to the first family.
Visits are welcomed, but meeting the puppies will take place outside. Our dogs live in our home. We often have pregnant girls, and new litters. We keep our home clean and disinfected to protect our puppies from transmittable diseases. Traffic in and out cannot be permitted. Young puppies cannot be visited until they have had their first shot. Please respect our policy and the health of our dogs.
Health Guarantee:
- Our dogs are examined by our vet, and come to you with a Health Certificate.
- When your Avonlee Labradoodle arrives, have your veterinarian examine your doodle within 3 days.
- Any Avonlee Labradoodle that develops a genetic disease/condition, will be replaced from another litter of similar quality, size, color and gender.
- Health documents supporting these findings will be sent to the breeder. (OFA, CERF etc.)
- This guarantee is in effect for the first 3 years of your dogs life.
